KARACHI: A five-year-old child died in a private hospital of the metropolis on Saturday over alleged doctors’ negligence.
The family of the child protested in the hospital and demanded action against those at fault. Shahzain’s parents said that their child was shifted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)due to a head injury.
Later on, he was moved to the general ward after recovering from the head injury but he had developed pneumonia by then. They alleged that the child died owing to negligence of doctors.
They demanded of the authorities concerned to take action against doctors and staff.
